Ok, ive ordered the Chicken Teriyaki several times and i asked for smaller chicken for my kiddos and they did that for me. The customer service is impeccable. And the Chicken Teriyaki, is simply unbeatable in taste, and quanity. I'll order from this store again and again because they take the time to listen to customers. Thank you Sarku Japan!

Not great. I got the Beef Bento. It was a pile of white rice with about 3-4oz of beef scraps on top. They provided no wasabi, ginger or soy sauce for the California roll which easily fell apart and could not be picked up even with a spoon. It was supposed to come with a salad which was missing. In its place was some wilted cabbage with thin carrot slices. The miso soup was very weak and missing that umami taste almost entirely. Like they were trying to skimp by not using as much miso. It was more like warm green tea with seaweed and some tofu bits floating in it. And everything arrived lukewarm and needed to be microwaved. The Chicken Egg Roll (1 pc) was fine. Just cold. Nothing was disgusting
Or anything. Just disappointing. There are much better places if you're in the mood for a bento box.

Miso Soup was not hot and no flavor at all, the Chicken Teriyaki has not enough white rice, and the rice taste old not fresh.

Chicken Teriyaki was tender and delicious.Shrimp Tempura (3 pcs) Crispy and yummy. Everything was good.

I have slightly mixed feelngs about the Chucken Bento. The dumplings were so dry, the consistency inside looks like a sponge. The salad was not a salad, but welted carrots and steamed cabbage with no dressing or seasoning. The roll was deconstructed to say the least it came broken and couldn't be eaten with anything other than a spoon, and the miso soup was beyond watered down and bland. However, the chicken teriyaki itself was pretty good. I would order from here again, but I wouldn't bother with the bento, I would just go for one of the rice bowls and not be bothered with any of the sides since these were just awful.
