I ordered two of the most popular items — the Chicken Teriyaki and the Dumplings. If I owned, managed, or invested in a restaurant my priority would be to serve food that would encourage repeat business. Sarku was the antithesis. Been there, now I've done that. I was in the mood for Asian food and Sarku was among the higher rated Asian restaurants on DoorDash. The dumplings were shriveled and overcooked and the CHICKEN TERIYAKI was a tasteless blob of rice and chicken with a cloyingly sweet sauce. Live and learn.

terriyaki chicken was moist, but very bland. they added ONE soy sauce packet for sushi. the brand of soy sauce they use is no good, even adding to terriyaki chicken didn't help.
No wonder it's bland.
I placed my order just after noon, and my order was ready to be picked up over 1 hour later; it took two hours for me to receive food.

I ordered both chicken and beef bento but the beef one is my absolute favorite ( it was quite shocking to see that it looked exactly like the picture. Don't underestimate the salad too , i tought it was gonna be just dry and no seasoning but it was incredibly good , it might not look like it in the picture but they do put a dressing on it.
The dumplings unfortunatly didn't come with sauce but it was still pretty good by itself.
