taste is good, but the extra chicken add on is very inconsistent. Sometimes it feels worth it and sometimes it seems like you get nothing for the cost

This is what you'll get for $20. 90% rice and 10% chicken. To top it off with only 2 piece of sauce. Yeah, I'm not ordering from this place again. Waste of money. Better to go in person to make sure your food doesn't come out like this.

I paid extra for extra chicken and the restaurant sent me an order that contained less chicken than a regular order would. The veggies were old and soggy and the food just tasted old. I usually order from the Sarku Japan in Springfield and they've never disappointed. This location was just abysmal and disappointing. I won't order from here again.

Not sure what's happened since I last ordered from here, but the noodles and beef didn't have any sauce on them like they usually do. The beef barely had any seasoning either. There wasn't any dressing on the small salad either. I also tried to call to ask if I could get chopsticks since I can't ask for them on the app, but I'm pretty sure someone disconnected the phone because when I called the first time it did ring. No one picked up, so I called again and it gave the standard response when you can't connect the call. Which is unprofessional. I could've been calling to let you know of an allergy I had. A lot has changed and not for the better

Tasted like a reheated frozen meal. poor flavor, food wasn't even warm. the fake crab California roll had literally no flavor. I ended up with 12 California rolls and was sent one small packed of soy sauce and some dollar store wasabi, will not order here again.
