Its was very very good like always but the portions were wayyyy smaller than the one in the mall gives. I thought I was gonna be able to share one with my daughter cause I always have leftovers when we go to the one at yorktown but this one barely did it.

Quality of food has gone down hill. I was very dissapointed. My Japanese noodles were literally just spaghetti noodles and there was barely any sauce. The store that used to be in Orland Mall was way way better.

Normally Sarku is top shelf but this time the shrimp was under cooked and there was very little extra sauce added. I was disappointed as I have come to expect exceptional service from your company

The Chicken Teriyaki is enjoyable with it's vegetables and rice on the side it's chicken on top so it wouldn't make a mess!

I order from here a lot but sadly this time was very disappointing. The Chicken Teriyaki had no double meat onany of the 3 I ordered and I asked for no veggies (one reason being my daughter has an allergy) however it looks like they put extra veggies on all 3. I basically received 3 Chicken Teriyaki salads. Big flop this time around.
