Every time I get the chicken teriyaki from here I am always satisfied. I love it.

The quality of this location has drastically gone downhill. When I first ordered from them three years ago it was close to the standards of the chain (as I've eaten at the in other locations in many different parts of the country), but it has slowly gotten worse. The rice is of a poorer quality and is a sticky mess. The CHICKEN TERIYAKI is tasteless and the sauce is watered down and not flavorful at all.

Was a little disappointed. This was my second time ordering the BEEF BENTO. This first time it was very good. Unfortunately, this time not so much. The beef was overcooked and seemed like scraps. The dumplings were over fried. The California rolls were broken up. Not sure I will order again.

One of my favorite dishes here in Savannah is falling victim to the profit margin, as the teriyaki sauce is apparently where the water missing from Lake Meade ended up. The thinning of the sauce with water is a bad move when the rice is bland and the chicken is seasoned for bland Western palates. So that thin sauce that used to bring some much needed flavor is sorely missed.
