There is literally not a single bad thing I can say about this place. Every single detail is top notch. Super friendly people, always hot, fresh, and delicious food, and in a timely fashion. Hands down best place to eat in Columbus.

Has always been good. Some of the best sushi in town and then their Hibachi Steak and Hibachi Chicken plates with noodles are awesome too. Price is a bit expensive but comparable to other similar restaurants and you get a good amount of food. Will definitely order again.

DoorDashed the best shrimp hibachi of my entire life tonight.
Which honestly feels illegal because food this good should require a reservation, a dress code, and at least one dramatic gong sound when it arrives.
The shrimp was perfect. The rice changed me as a person. And somehow it still tasted like it came straight off the grill instead of surviving a 14-minute ride in the backseat of a Honda Civic.
I ate it so fast I’m pretty sure DoorDash thinks they delivered to a raccoon. I asked for mucho yum yum sauce for my tum tum and they delivered.

It was the 2nd time we've ordered from Saru Hibachi, and my wife and I love the food. Ordered the Steak and Chicken combo with rice and there was plenty to split between both of us and also ordered a Sarutobi roll which we ended up only eating a few because we were already full. Food was fresh upon pick up and we really enjoyed the Crab Rangoons (5) by far the best in town. I'd definitely recommend this food truck to anyone!

That California Rolls was like eating way overcooked rice ball no flavor and the texture I couldn't get more then two bites in I do love sushi and have it about once a week but never ordered it from here and not going to ever again but portion size for the price is good only good thing about this roll
