I’ve ordered from Sachellos a few times now because the pizza itself genuinely tastes great. The ingredients are fresh, the base is excellent, and the flavour is spot on.
Unfortunately, the quality on arrival has been inconsistent. I’ve ordered the #21 Gustosa a couple of times now. The last one arrived extremely oily. I actually had to use paper towel underneath the pizza to soak up the excess oil before I could eat it. This time, the middle of the pizza was soggy.
It’s a real shame because the ingredients and flavour are fantastic. If they could sort out the excess oil and the soggy centre, this would easily be one of the best pizzas in Wagga.
