Sato Ramen evolved from Chef Satomi Smith's Japanese family tradition of ramen restaurants that began in Fukui, Japan (just north of Kyoto) and expanded to Tokyo.
The Veggie Ramen was very flavorful, and the egg was so amax that I wish I added more! The only issue is the broth wasn't hot, it was just warm. I was ok with it be I was very hungry. I could have heated it up too. The Spring Rolls were crispy on the outside, just the way I like it. I ended up eating all of them!

Just didn't quite hit the high note for me... need to add too many extras to get that "hmmm" flavor. For my palette anyway. I added eggs, they arrive in the dry container. But had clearly been soaked in something (likely broth) due to a brownish tint. Pork was a little too oversized & fatty... the flavor combo was a little disappointing. Personally I don't think bok choy should be an "add on" in this recipe. For this reason, I would not order Sato Ramen ramen again. If I order from this restaurant again I'll customize using the make your own option.

the gyoza and their sauce were phenomenal. as for the ramen, it was good but not well worth the price imo (also they were only mildly spicy and not as flavorful as i had hoped but that could come down to personal preference). likely will not order again unless in person but was fun trying for the novelty.

The pork curry ramen is super tasty, it is a little greasy so if you want a cleaner broth I'd go for the spicy miso or something which is also amazing. Tried the spring rolls this time and you get I think six of them and they're great! The ranch I could take or leave, would maybe suggest the gyoza sauce with them because it matches the spring roll flavor more. Overall the food from here is consistently fantastic.

Food is always superior from Sato Ramen! Veggie Ramen with the fried tofu is my favorite. Their Pork Gyoza Dumplings are the best I have ever had!
