AMAZING all around! I got the Green Goblin, and the sauce is flavorful and creamy, the perfect amount. I added bacon and was pleasantly surprised it's real fresh made bacon, and a great amount for the price of adding it. Came with a breadstick that is made perfectly. I got a side app of the pickle spears, they were crispy and perfect, a great amount for the cost, and the dipping sauce is delicious. I'll be having this more often!

SAUCY NOODS HAS THE BEST ALFREDO SAUCE IN THE WAUSAU AREA! This was my first time trying Saucy Noods, and it won't be my last. We ordered the Green Goblin and the Chicken Alfredo, and would absolutely order both again. We both have leftovers because the portions are so huge! I substituted gluten-free noodles and added bacon... and they loaded it up--no skimping on ingredients here! It was fresh, delicious, flavorful, and the highest quality. My only complaint is that Saucy Noods food truck doesn't operate 24/7, so you can only get it during the warmer months when they are at events.
Seriously, if you haven't tried Saucy Noods yet, this is your sign to find their next event and try them before they close it up for the season.
