Chicken was fried to perfection. Breast was juicy & not dry at all. Black eyed peas were excellent. Green beans were basic. Tasted like they were just poured out of the can. The food arrived fresh and hot. The best 4 pce Fried Chicken in the city.

I've been ordering from Savanah Joes at least 2x a month for the past year or so. Always delicious. Chicken is juicy and fried to perfection. Best gravy ever on my rice, and green beans are always awesome. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Savanah Joes. You'll be a very satisfied customer like me😊

My family and I love SJ! I love the comforts of soul food without having to make it. The greens are so tender and seasoned perfectly! I even drank the juice! The cornbread is so moist and sweet! Hubby loved the smoke flavor and sauce on the ribs. The chicken was moist and seasoned well. Truly an enjoyable meal!

I haven’t ordered Savannah Joes in a long time. I just happened to see that that now have Whiting Dinner. I was nervous about ordering it because I'm recovering from a stomach ulcer but this was the best decision I've made all year! The fish was so flavorful & seasoned perfectly that it wasn't salty or overpowering. And the green beans were perfect! They look so plain but packed so much flavor and not overly salty. The food was stomach friendly, and it was a lot of fish for the price. It was hot like they just pulled it out the fryer. Bravo for continuing the consistency of serving great food SJ!

I have wanted to try Savannah's for a while now and finally had the opportunity. I am in a hotel for the weekend, without the husband or kids, and splurged. I couldn't decide on sides, so, I pretty much got everything that sounded good.
WOW! Ive had other 'Soul Food' restaurants in the area and this place is by far my favorite now. From the food down to the packaging, everything was incredible. The food is perfectly seasoned, which most soul food restaurants get wrong. They tend to over season or not season enough. I will say, I think the fried chicken could use just a touch more seasoning on the coating, but, still fantastic and cooked perfectly.
I cant choose a favorite from everything I tried because it was all so amazing. The cornbread is out of this world also!
I will definitely be ordering more frequently and for my family to try out! Yum!!!
Please add homemade desserts!!
