• 5/26/26The BOX 2 meal was satisfying and well portioned for one person. My order included two Spicy Falafel Sliders, Cajun-seasoned fries, and a Banana Pudding Shake. Everything arrived fresh, and the order was prepared correctly, which I appreciated.
The Spicy Falafel Sliders had good flavor overall, though they did not fully live up to the “spicy” description. The same applied to the Cajun-seasoned fries—while flavorful, the spice level could be stronger and more balanced to better match the menu’s branding. A dish marketed as spicy should build heat the way a good sauce builds flavor: gradually and with depth, rather than simply hinting at it.
The standout item was the Banana Pudding Shake. The flavor was rich, smooth, and enjoyable, and the packaging overall was handled well. However, there was slight dripping from the sides of the shake container, so improving the milkshake packaging would make the experience even better.
I also hope the restaurant expands its vegetarian offerings in the future, as having more than one vegetarian slider option would add variety and appeal. In addition, offering lactose-free milkshake alternatives made with oat milk or coconut milk would make the menu more inclusive for customers with dietary restrictions.
Overall, I am happy with the experience, appreciated that the order was accurate, and thought the dasher handled the delivery well. With stronger spice execution and improved milkshake packaging, the meal could become even more enjoyable.
