We ordered the Deluxe Chicken Sandwich box. The chicken was great but the fries were undercooked and not seasoned. Getting a side of ranch saved it. It was disappointing to have fries that seemed to be just barely cooked enough to be passable. They were almost soggy and the inside seemed like some parts of the inside were undercooked. I would not get the fries again or make sure I am somewhere I can cook themself. The ranch is really good.

Shake was delivered without a top. Great restaurant for dine in, but they are really bad with delivery.
