Food was so good! I wanted something I didn't see on the menu so I called and they fixed it for me without a problem. Will definitely be getting food from here again.

My Kan Kan  Puerto Rican pork chop was fried burnt. it was horrible. it was hard. for something that costs $18 it was disappointing. I have eaten at sazon Criollo in person and always order this dish. you can tell someone didn't pay attention to the fry time.

Maduros were good. The chicken "fingers" were 5 chicken nuggets. The fries were good. The chicharron  de cerdo was nothing like the picture, in the one attached some was eaten already but definitely did not look that way. I'd say false advertisement. They were overcooked as well.

I had to get a different dish due to the Ropa Vieja not being available but it was still good, but a bit salty.  The Shake I got was quite good!  I never had that kind before...I forgot the name of it though.  I still have the Tres Leches  Pistachio in my fridge, I got a bit too much, heh.

The  Fried Potatoe Ball (Relleno de papas) are great! The Tripleta was also great. The Bistec Encebollado (Skillet Steak) was not flavored and it tasted like boiled meat. They didn't season or salt the fries either.  I also ordered the fresh Guava (Guayava)  drink and the fresh Passion Fruit (Parcha)  drink; both were great!
