

Our pizza is an authentic Italian experience done with a Scaddabush twist. Our dough matures for 48hrs in a temperature controlled environment and is hand-stretched to ensure a perfectly crisp bite. We use only DOP-certified San Marzano Tomatoes, fresh in house mozzarella and flour imported directly from northern Italy. We bake it at 700° F and let you cut each slice the way you want.
We start by making our own eggless pasta traditional to southern Italy. A delicate mix of our special Italian flour, water temperature, and atmospheric humidity goes into perfecting each batch. We hand cut each individual sheet, making it perfectly porous so the sauce better adheres to the noodles. We’ve also introduced an all new cream sauce, traditionally created using just three simple ingredients of whole butter, cream and Pecorino Romano. It’s a labour of love and the taste of true passion.
