So food is actually pretty good, but no where near enough cream cheese on bagel & I I actually looked for an option to add extra prior to placing the order there was none. Other than that food is good.

I ordered two everything bagels and received plain bagels. Neither was even toasted (they seemed steamed) and a small amount of cream cheese was on the side instead of proper amount on the bagel. Not quality at all.

The plain bagels were great, and both the plain and scallion cream cheese were delicious! Unfortunately, the everything bagels were really burnt and so tough they were hard to bite through. Definitely disappointing because everything else tasted so good. Hopefully it was just an off batch!

Love this place!! Always delicious... The BEST bagels!!!!
I did have an issue with my delivery order today. The matzo ball soup was not matzo ball. It was just chicken noodle. And I did not get the potato salad that was supposed to come with the grilled cheese I ordered.

They have my order away to a dasher without first making sure it was a carry out DoorDash order and not delivery. I was stuck waiting 20 extra minutes for them to make my order again, but they did give me free coffee and bagels for my troubles.
