food is fine, even if it's packed into a small box. person who I got the food from wasn't to pleased to help however. person was on the phone watching a video perhaps on a break although they were in the kitchen area facing out to public that person directed another person to fetch my order. so 3 stars overall minus 2 stars for looking like you didn't want to be bothered.

Missing all dipping sauces. Including all the extras that cost $2.50 each. Has happened on multiple occasions so best to eat in restaurant location if you want sauces.

The girl at the front desk would rather be on cellphone than helping me out. She didn't even bother to budge or take her eyes off her phone when I told her I was trying to pick up my order. There was another girl who came out and said she had no order for me and didn't seem to care much. Finally a guy emerged from the back who got my name and found my order. The food was excellent but that staff stinks.
