Gulasch is warm and filling, with strong flavor. It's got big beef chunks that were tasty. The side of spatzle is just cheesy enough, I think it's a good combo together with everything else. Apfelstrudel is really good too, it's a soft sweet pastry with the spicy apple chunks inside. I recommend taking bites of the strudel together with the ice cream. It all feels like a nice home meal.
The restaurant was a bit far from me so the food cooled a bit during delivery, but it was still warm enough to enjoy. There weren't any utensils so I used an extra disposable set I had saved.

I LOVED the food, I've ordered from here several times already and will continue to do so. In my opinion the best German restaurant in Miami. I have had the Schnitzel, Gulasch, potato pancakes, Apfelstrudel and more and have never been disappointed. The portions were big, and everybody has been full after eating them and I do live quite far but the meals were always still hot, and fresh.

Door Dash is handy but you often get food that isn't hot. I'm confident several things would have been better had we visited the truck. Cheese Spatzle delicious, but please add it has onions bc that would have made a difference to two/three of us. Giant pretzel was a little hard on the outside but soft and chewy in a good way on the inside. Beer cheese and mustard outstanding. Meat dumpling soup broth was delicious; the big meatball a little crispy for me. The mustard saved the brat; not as flavorful as hoped. Potato pancakes were crispy; consider packaging the sour cream and apple sauce in containers with lids. Apfelstrudel delicious! Please add option to add silverware; our driver saved us as we're in a hotel room. If I lived I. Miami I'd 100% visit the truck.

Didn't try the schnitzel, but the other dishes we ordered were terrible. The goulash was the worst I've ever had, and the rest was just salty and overcooked. It's a shame, as I was genuinely rooting for this place.
