• 5/24/25Chicken tenders were perfectly cooked, pipping hot and tasted great. I love their fries too. Generous portion size. It was the perfact lunch. I was so happy to see Scratch on Doordash as I hate leaving the office for lunch. A++

• 3/13/25Chicken tenders are huge so I have to order the 1 piece kids meal! Okra is crunchy (good thing) and the Banana Pudding Cup is always good (just a bit expensive, so it my splurge)

• 5/28/26This is my favorite place to get double-fried White Chicken (2 Pcs). The chicken is always flavorful and crispy and the sauces complement it very well, especially the Honey Sriracha!

• 8/8/25The food always has good flavor. After about few times ordering here, each time the quality goes down a bit. I love the Philly Steak Egg Rolls but this last time they looked like Philly steak flat tires. The same was true for the Appl pie egg rolls e. I enjoy the food, please fill your rolls, even if it costs a bit more, I'd gladly purchase again.

• 5/29/24Wings were okay, decent. I expected 6 whole pieces of chicken, like when I order from Popeyes or KFC a 6 piece is 6 whole pieces of chicken. For $10 all your really getting is 3 wings. Expensive for just 3 chicken wings with no sides. I'll stick to my usual menu items now.
