did not send the Bar - Monster . They did not leave a note, did not call myself nor DD to notify of the missing item. The muffins despite tasting alright were not fresh and a bit stale. Unprofessional and dishonest

You can tell Second Cup isn't with the food delivery game. They have no idea how to secure their coffee -- my dasher just handed it to me by itself, dripping down the sides. They also failed to include any whipped topping, so order notes, too, elude them.
The sludge icing atop the field of dead espresso-based dreams was that the turkey sandwich was not only a little dry, but had a rather awful, sour taste to it. Even worse than the sandwich Homer's monkey paw made for him. What a shame. Second Cup? No—I didn't even like the first.
