I wish I could fully switch to Second Cup away from the American competition but the quality and service isn't there. Service: The Cinnamon Toast Cold Foam Flash Cold Brew tastes great, but I rarely receive it when I order. Half the time they send me plain black coffee, even though I said refund if unavailable. This is the last time I'll try.
Quality: Menu offerings are very limited for the type of coffee place they are. Very few flavour options and the plain coffee isn't high quality enough to be great on its own. They have one-off like the Cinnamon but that's it. Food options are both limited and tasteless.

First order I made and they messed up. Not good. Also their espresso tastes stale/cheap
