Been a weekly staple for the past few months now, has always been the best food in the area. Always get the Gyoza Chicken or Veggie or Kimchi, crispy and light, with a dipping sauce that has a pleasant bite to it. The Chicken Katsu is always crispy and the portions are enormous! I've tried other random items from the menu and have always enjoyed every bite.

This is our millionth time trying Seeda and it was absolutely amazing! We ordered the Chicken Teriyaki with Udon Noodles, the Orange Chicken, and the Spicy Seeda Soup, and everything tasted freshly made and full of flavor.

The Spicy Seeda Soup really stands out, it’s actually spicy (in the best way!) and has such a rich, satisfying flavor that keeps you going back for another spoonful. The Chicken Teriyaki Udon is a must try! The noodles are perfectly cooked, the chicken is tender, and the sauce ties everything together with a sweet-savory balance that’s seriously addictive.

The Orange Chicken was another hit, crispy, juicy, and coated in a sauce that actually tastes like real orange, not that fake syrupy kind. It’s tangy, slightly sweet, and totally delicious.

They also give huge portions, definitely worth the price, honestly, you can share one box with a friend and still be full. Everything was made fresh and hot, and while it took a few extra minutes, it was totally worth the wait.

Even the side salads were impressive? crisp greens with cranberries, almonds, and a unique dressing that was out of this world. You can tell they put care into every detail.

If you’re near Seeda Food Truck, don’t think twice, this is one of those places you’ll crave again after the first bite!
