This is a really tasty, generous bowl with so many delicious items in it. So often "bowls" are mostly rice. Not here. The beef was quality and well seasoned.
I love their Kimchi, more on the mild side which is lovely.

There was plenty of food, however that is only to be expected when you are shelling out 20$ for a rice bowl. The beef tasted good and was well seasoned, however, the other ingredients made the dish feel more like a Korean take on Taco Bell. Nacho cheese just drizzled on the top of mashed potatoes and a bunch of cold sautéed vegetables.

so delicious! the rice cakes are not what you expect, they are fried and chewy but I LOVED that, over the sometimes soggy ones you get from other places. the Japchae is so good, somehow I could almost smell the grill and I mean that genuinely as a compliment to how it tasted fresh made and with real barbecued meat. every single other thing we have tried was delicious but those two things are why I'll be a customer for life.

All I can say is delicious! The portion of food was pretty large. Definitely larger than I expected. The food arrived hot with a good amount of the yum sauce and all the different parts of the bowl. The bulgogi was flavorful even without the sauce. The kimchi was a little tame in terms of flavor compared to other Korean restaurants but still added to the bowl nicely. Everything mixed together was an explosion of flavor with every bite. Overall really happy with this first try of Seoul Bowl!

The Build Your KBBQ Bowl is absolutely delicious, and food here is consistently good every single time! I like the chicken, I get all the toppings, and I add the soy egg. The flavors are so vibrant and rich. Absolutely recommend!
