Cham Pong has tasted much better lately in these past few weeks (personal opinion). Soft Tofu Seafood Soup is okay, and I personally think it doesn't change much wherever you get it, at least around here. But I can definitely say this location gives the most seafood ingredients for these two menu items compared to any other place that also serves them.

Cham Pong was good. The 5 Piece Vegetable Spring Rolls was, ehh. You get 6 (not 5) pieces, BUT it's cut in half. So it's 6 minis or 3 full spring rolls. And I personally think it's more on the pricey side for this item. Taste-wise, it's not something to get excited over.. It's like any other veggie spring rolls. I really wish restaurants focus a little more on providing necessary utensils/condiments for the food ordered. Again, no spoon provided for a soup based item.

I am SO offended by this place! I ordered the Kimchi Jiggae, which is supposed to be kimchi stew with tofu and pork belly. In a good Korean restaurant you get beautiful slices of thick pork belly (uncured bacon) and thick pieces of tofu. At this place? I think I got about 1/3 of a cup of tofu and those tiny pork cubes whatever that is - it is NOT pork belly. All this for $17! Of course when you add fees, tax and tip, it cost $30 for what was a $3 soup of kimchi cabbage and water. This is SO unacceptable.
Finally, you judge a Korean restaurant by its kimchi. The kimchi banchan is GARBAGE! It's cabbage with cayenne pepper and vinegar and nothing any self respecting Korean would ever eat. I am appalled by this place. I want my money back!

Bulgogi and dumplings (mandu) were delicious and thoughtfully packaged. Dumplings were in a paper container vs styrofoam so they were still crispy. Bulgogi was tender and perfectly marinated. Came with white rice and container of sides (banchan)

Cham Pong has personally been really good lately. No complaints there.
Garden Salad with Avocado. The avocado wasn't ripe at all. It was more close to "raw". The dressing tasted as if it was watered-down. Not my first time ordering this and hasn't been this watery in past orders. I did receive 2 containers of dressing but each were only about 1/4 filled. So it was only about half of one container, which isn't enough for the portion of salad.
