I ordered beef bibimbap and added extra chicken for $6 and there was practically no beef and mainly chicken. Paid a lot of money for this order

We have been regulars here and have enjoyed many of the dishes provided. unfortunately many a times we have ordered in the last few months the quality hasn't been the same. we understand the challenges in buisness especially hospitality but if your main business is FOOD it shouldn't be what you compromise on. Seafood tteok-bokihas since reduce both in quantity and quality. one time we had half a prawn instead of the usual whole. Then today the chicken was definitely NOT how it's always prepared and cooked and when we called to ask politely and feedback because we want this buisness to do well, the staff blaitenly said it was and always is this way (lol) we are regulars! it's not lol. Sadly after today's reaction it proves that sadly they aren't interested in their food quality to serve but as long as they serve it? Anyway, I hope they take better action with customer feedbacks from REGULAR customers who did care.

Dont get me wrong the food is amazing. But is it 153$ amazing?! No. each item no matter how big or small is 30+ dollars so two entrees and two meals... 150+ dollars. Its a shame cause i get a hankering for their stuff every now and then. I order it and remember why i barred myself from eating their food in the first place.

Taste is quite good, but the amount of meat was terrible. I got literally 5 small pieces of pork in a big container of soup. If this is the standard amount, I am disappointed
