Absolutely love this place ...their stuffed potato is amazing...smoked chicken thighs and ribs are juicy and delicious !!!

the pulled pork was good, but the brisket was extremely fatty! To the point that about half the meat on the sandwich was inedible because it was just chewy fat.
the sides are also high priced for the portion size.

Im a daughter of a Texas owned BBQ business owned by my Father thats been around for 27 years. I moved to Colorado with my husband because of his job relocation us 3 years ago. I've missed Texan BBQ ever since. Ive seen this place in passing and never been hungry enough to stop and try it out. Today I was! Man o man! I WILL BE BACK. This is everything that Texas BBQ really is. The sauce is magnificent. The meat is extremely tender and the smoked flavor of the meat is phenomenal. Im even thinking about stopping back in before I head back home towards severance to get some for the whole family. It's THAT good. The portion size is more than enough and the price is amazing much cheaper than the "franchise" places. It came hot and fresh. The beans had to cool off and the meat was still smoking hot. I recommend this place with 10/10 stars. Thank u Serious Texas BBQ for letting this Texan girl get a taste of home today!

The food was delicious. I did feel like the portions might have been a little off and we could have gotten more meat for what we paid for it. The staff was very sweet over the phone when I asked if I could substitute items on my order. I really appreciated that they did that for me. I will definitely order again despite being a bit disappointed in the portion sizes.

3. Two Meat Plate was okay I feel that the portions were a little to small for the price. Also to me it was that the meat too much of a petroleum flavor from the mesquite for my liking.
Elgin, Texas Sausage this was very delicious and would you order it again.
