What can I say, Serra Provisions is an institution. Pizza = fantastic (esp the Piccante, try it trust me), sandwhiches are delicious, FRESH and filling. Salads are some of my standbys (Caesar with chicken YUM). The storefront is incredible with great imported Italian treats, as well as seasonal soups and their wine selection is very discerning. This is a foodie casual upscale place, and well worth every penny. Everyone I introduce it to is like: WOW. I regularly order pizza and bring it out to my relations out East, who are have only generic pizza places around them. BONUS: sandwhiches keep well in the fridge (think picnics/roadtrips) and pizza reheats great. Or eat it cold :)

Everything is amazing and fresh. The Emilia is beautiful, with a little kick, the Manzo is excellent, with a little kick, the Prosciutto Di Parma is light with a lovely pesto dressing, and the Upside Down is just wonderful. And of course the Pepperoni with the peppers. Only thing I wish they had is a little sauce on the side for thay wonderful crust!

Chicken in the chicken sandwich was rubbery. The prosciutto in the salad tasted old. Obviously using low quality poor ingredients. Only redeeming part was the actual bread.

Two nights ago when I ordered the Caesar salad with grilled chicken, they forgot to put in the chicken and last night when I re-ordered the Caesar salad with grilled chicken they forgot the dressing, the breadcrumbs and the grated cheese, which makes it a Caesar salad. I must've ordered the salad30 times and the portion kept shrinking and the beautiful slices of chicken they put in the salad became tiny cubes when they remembered to pack it for the delivery.
