• 3/21/26For $25 I would have expected more than a couple small pieces of steak and an ounce of hollandaise for the Steak Bene, but it was otherwise tasty.
Crispy Cajun Chicken Poutine was a little salty despite not having much gravy

• 1/21/26Belgium Waffle came with no where near the same amountof whip cream in the picture. Maybe one of the little dollops, put in a plastic container on top of the Waffle, and melted by the time it arrived. Not worth $20

• 9/18/25The SM Breaded Veal Cutlet was dry and tough, the yorkshire was so hard I couldn't cut through it and the coleslaw smelled and tasted bad. I've never had abad meal eating in Shades, but the meals I ordered were absolutely horrible.

• 9/20/25When you go to the place everything is amazing. But when we order, the shredded potatoes were from a day ago, the food was not as much as when we go there. i don't trust ordering online again from here. if I want I will have to in person
