• 4/2/25Food quality seems to be worse than other locations. Meal came completely cold and not sealed properly. The burger was bland, and the milkshake blander with a powdery taste. The dog bones were all broken and there were only 3, rather than 5 like listed. I've had really good shake shack in the past, but it seems this new location needs some more training and quality control. I won't be ordering from this location again. Bummed.

• 2/4/25Order was perfect and so was the food. Double Bacon Cheeseburger was excellent. The Chicken Shack sandwich was tasty as well. I have a Grilled Cheese still waiting on consumption. Oh, I forgot about the Fries. DELICIOUSNESS ALL THE WAY AROUND. YOU GUYS NEVER DISAPPOINT!!!! NICE JOB!!!

• 10/5/25I’ve ordered from this Shake Shack location multiple times and consistently notice a major food safety concern. The delivery bags are always left open and the burger and drink containers don’t have any tamper-evident stickers or seals. This makes it impossible to know if someone has accessed my food during delivery. While the burger quality can be hit or miss, my biggest issue is the lack of proper packaging security. Other restaurants seal their bags and use stickers on containers - Shake Shack should do the same to ensure customer safety and peace of mind.

• 3/8/25THIS PLACE IS PHENOMENAL! NEVER BEEN DISAPPOINTED. I USE DOORDASH AND IM A DISTANCE BUT I ALWAYS GET MYIORDER ON TIME AND STILL WARM. TODAYS ORDER WAS A HOT DOG, Grilled Cheese, Bacon Cheeseburger, Chicken Shack, Cheese Fries, AND A TASTY BLACK AND Black & White Shake. YES, ITS ALL FOR ME. CHANCES ARE THAT I WONT FINISH IT ALL TODAY. HOWEVER, ITS GONNA GET EATEN. EVERY CHANCE I GET, ITS SHAKE SHACK TIME. YA GOTTA TRY IT.
