Burgers have been oversized or something lately. One would think this is a better thing, but they just seem extra sloppy now. The last 4 times I've ordered it's been the same way. The bottom bun is too soaked in grease to even eat.

I was supposed to get 10 Chicken Bites™ and paid for 10 but only got 6. Asked for Ranch and there was none. ShackBurger was slop mess and I like Shake Shack.

Bomb! A classic and was so good, traveled well. Wish they gave me more Cheese Fries for how much I paid for this meal. Otherwise it was a hit.

Meat was pinkish, Chicken Bites tasted weird, forgot my sauces that I paid extra for.. got there quick tho
