Excellent! The Fries are still crispy, the Hamburger is flavorful, still juicy (I asked for well done) and the shake Chocolate Shake hits the spot 👌

$10 cheeseburgers, small, flavor sucks if you dont have sauce on the side. Almost never provide that sauce when you ask for it. Five guys is much better, wont be ordering again.

ordered a Hamburger paid for added bacon, there was 1 tiny 2" long piece of undercooked fatty bacon and 2 pickles and nothing else on the burger. I requested shack sauce on the side and didn't receive any. I requested condiments and utensils and didn't receive any.

Always consist Love the classic 1950's style burgers. Buns and toppings are always fresh. Shakes are fabulous! My husband and I always order shakes for dessert. We pop them in the freeze when the order arrives, then grab them later.

My shake burger is all messy sloppy and soggy, definitely not put together with care. The spicy korean fries look like just the top is seasoned and overly seasoned at that some fries are not even touched by the spices. For my first experience im already not a fan!
