• 8/6/25overpriced and underwhelming
I was shocked when I opened the box and saw the size of the burger for $10 it should be more subsantial than a whopper junior
fries were ok, slightly more value for the money but the cheese sauce was cold and 'meh'
custard was a little bigger than McDonald's but also at least 4x the price
this place is just not worth it

• 9/26/23I'm korean and I can confirm this Spicy Fries with Ranch is SPICY. Maybe Spicer than Shin Ramyeon. but fries were crunchy and delicious with ranch sauce.
my husband enjoyed Hot Chicken and ShackBurger. I enjoyed my ShackBurger as well. Orders were complete and all came nicely. the Kiwi Apple Limeade was refreshing and nice, too!

• 7/11/25The burgers were great but were barely packed together, to add avocado cost 3$ and it was brown and the size of a thumb.
The lettuce wrap was not a lettuce wrap. It was as if the lettuce was a bun. One on top one on bottom.
Breading on the chicken is fantastic!

• 9/17/23These might be the best Fries I've had from a fast food restaurant. The Frozen Custard is really creamy and delicious and the Avocado Bacon Chicken sandwich was very good. The chicken was well seasoned and juicy. I've ordered from here a few times since they were added to DoorDash and I haven't been disappointed yet.

• 4/3/24The Korean BBQ Burger was quite good and an interesting change from other cheese burgers. The Spicy Korean BBQ Fries were good, but really didn't seem any different than their normal fries. However, their Yuzu Honey Lemonade was really delicious, and I'll definitely buy it again. Overall this is a good, but pricey, fast food restaurant.
