Have ordered from this shake shack 3 times when visiting Pasadena and no issues. This time no ketchup, no shack sauce as paid for , cold hard fries and the meat on one of the burgers was literally half of a patty .

Burger was Way overpriced for the minimal effort. From the one small piece of wilted lettuce to the one strip of bacon.

The burger was amazing. The fries were perfect. However, the grilled cheese was burnt black on both sides . It was not good at all. I was like eating charcoal and that's pretty depressing when you spend almost 6 dollars on a tiny little Grilled Cheese.. other than that the food was good

The fries came still crispy and had soaked up all the cheese! The Spicy Cheese Fries with Ranch actually had a kick to them. The burgers were filling and drinks were good. No complaints, just yummy food!

Okay YES! I am an in-n-out girl but Shake Shack is a close 2nd! My favorites are the 'Shroom Burger and the single ShackBurger! Their crinkle cut Fries are crispy and also go well with the Chicken Bites and the Grilled Cheese! Yes they do Grilled Cheese ! Try them now! Hehhehe happy eating!
