The pizza was so amazingly fresh! Completely done perfectly ! I mean, I've been to shakeys so many times and I always get fresh pizza and chicken if I eat there but to receive this fresh for delivery is an absolute ahhh. The chicken was piping hot and everything was stupendously done. Bravo shakeys and all of the hard working and caring staff. Hats off, this one was truly amazing all around! Will definitely order again and again.

I requested extra sauce on the pizza - but there was no extra sauce. I requested salami and pepperoni - but there were only about 9 slices of salami and a dozen or so slices of pepperoni. Almost a quarter of the pizza had no meat at all - just cheese. I requested chicken strips rather than pieces with bones, etc. since that was described as an option - and guess what? There were no chicken strips - just overcooked fried chicken with bones. But the mojos were good. OVERALL: So disappointing.

We are big fans ad order a lot and have for years... but we hate the new pepperoni! They are small and taste awful. Please switch back to your tried and true old pepperoni. My kids won't eat it anymore.
