Full rack of St. Louis style pork ribs were super meaty and the sauce was amazing with just the right amount of kick. And a full rack is A LOT! The Tri -tip sandwich was loaded with thinly sliced meat done perfectly. No dry, tough stuff here. And the bit of salsa and sauce on a super soft roll made this one of the best Tri-tip sandwiches I've ever had. Mac & Cheese also excellent. We'll order from Shalhoob's again soon.

The food is excellent, the Tri-Tip is the best in town! Perfectly cooked and tender. The Mac & Cheese and Cowboy Beans are also wonderful, but the portions are small for the price. All in all great food.

let me start off with the fries, great fries, crunchiest little fries even with delivery.
oak Oak Smoked Tri-Tip Sandwich absolutely superb, quality meat, bread and pico. tender, not chewy and pretty good bbq sauce, wish i had a spicy bbq option. but thats my only real gripe.

Delicious sandwiches best in town we ordered the Turkey Sandwich, Oak Smoked Tri-Tip Sandwich and Fried Chicken Sandwich! We order these on a regular basis a few of our favs on the menu! We suggest you try at least one of them you will be back for it again!
