My son & I ordered a couple of tasty appetizers to share: The fresh ingredients of the Potato Skins combined for an outstanding flavor bomb! The generous portion of Beer Cheese accompanying the Doc Bill's Pub Pretzels was packed with a punch of flavor with just the right amount of heat!
He enjoyed the Southwest Chicken Wrap served with tots, saying the flavor and generous portion would be a definite reorder!
I enjoyed The Reuben served with Potato Salad! Just the right balance of corned beef and sauerkraut layered & served between 2 swirl (light & dark) rye bread slices with Thousand Island dressing. Would order again? Definitely!

We ordered the Traditional Breakfast with sausage and scrambled eggs, grits and toast. There were 3 pieces of sausage, 3 scrambled eggs, delicious grits and greasy toast. Def choosing biscuits next time.
The biscuits and gravy include hash browns which were perfectly cooked, the sausage gravy is good, and the biscuits are huge!
Our drinks were missing. Bummer.
All in all, we love that Shamrock (at Patchen) is finally on DD and will order again!

The Roast Beef on the sandwich was like an artificial beef. It definitely has changed since the last time we ordered. Disappointing. The fries were soaked with oil. We will order again as we loved this place when it was in the Heartland shopping center. It's a little different since they moved.

I ordered the Southwest chicken wrap & was really disappointed. There were only four small pieces of chicken total in the entire wrap, which made it more like a tortilla stuffed with lettuce and toppings than an actual chicken wrap. For the price, I expected a better balance of ingredients.
