My rating for this order is unusual. Normally, I give Shane's a well- deserved 5 stars. This time, however, I could not do so because the SMOKED HALF CHICKEN wasn't quite one half. I sent it as a gift. Unfortunately, my sister's favorite part of the chicken, the wing, was not completely there. Otherwise, the order was fine. This booboo will not keep me from ordering from Shane's, again. It's one of my favorite and, usually, most reliable restaurants -- both in Augusta and in Stone Mountain.

Literally perfect every time! Buns toasted perfect, they never forget my sauce, and it's always hot! Mac and cheese and baked beans are really good. We have had a few pieces of fat mixed in our pulled pork, but they're really small and it's to be expected! Will continue to give 5 stars!

The food is good but I will say they've never had the food actually done when its marked as done in the app. I've waited for between 15 to even 45 minutes after it was marked done to actually get my food, so if you are on any kind of a schedule I wouldn't order from here. It's really only this location though, the other location in Evans is always on time.

Rude employees who lied and said there was sauce. I did not receive 1.5 lbs of pork as half the to go box was toast. I've ordered this family pack before and the bread came in a different container and the box of bbq was full. Fries are cold. Missing bbq sauce for 1.5 lbs of meat.

Ordered the shack sampler plate: the food overall was good! I was a little disappointed with the ribs (dry in texture and not wet as I asked) and my tenders were not sauced as I asked.
The peach cobbler was AMAZING!
And my little one got full off oh his tender kids meal.
