MEGA MEAL DEAL mediocre at best. Texas toast was cheap white bread. Pulled pork was bland and lukewarm. Ribs were dry and small. Salads were wilted and old. Way over priced. Avoid Shane's rub shack.

The SHACK SAMPLER PLATE was a healthy portion of food. The ribs, while meaty and flavorful, were a little tough and you had to work to get them off the bone. The chicken strips, pulled pork, and baked beans were amazing.

I think they need a new OKRA brand. every time I get the okra they're strangely firm. not extra crispy. actually firm. Mac is like cheap box Mac. cobbler was good and fresh. ribs were good but a bit over cooked.

Food is amazing! Very delicious! Customer service stinks. They left off my bbq pork from my order. I called and returned to pick it up. They never offered any compensation for my second trip and extra driving. I ordered another batch of boneless wings while I was there a second time. When I returned home the wings were not boneless. At least they got the flavoring correct.
