I am a 35. Sliced Pork with Chef's Special Chili Sauce addict in the fall and winter. Spicy broth with sliced cabbage and tender pork, with a side of rice. It's hot, it's good, it's even better after tenderizing in the fridge a couple days. Enough for me to have two lunches.

I order the 35. Sliced Pork with Chef's Special Chili Sauce at least twice a month. It's a soup-style dish with thin slices of braised pork, Napa cabbage, celery stalk and leaf, and leeks. Then spicy pepper flakes and peppercorns are combined with garlic and cilantro and flash fried before being poured over the top. It's even better the next day. So spicy it will make your nose run and clear your sinuses. Originally my go to for any time im sick, but now I love it so much I can't stop ordering it.

Crab Rangoon is always good, and their hot and sour soup is fantastic. However I wasnt in love with the sesame chicken. It had a lot of breading and very little meat. Flavor was good, but sauce was very thin and watery.
