In the dead of winter, this food will transport you to peak summer! Hand Squeezed Lemonade is super fresh and light, not too sugary or tart. My favorite though is the Baby Back Ribs (Half Slab). Nice char, smokiness on the outside but tender meat. Hits just right with Pig Splash if you like a vingerar based BBQ. Sassy is my favorite for a traditional, thick BBQ sauce. And I could sit and eat the homemade pickles with onions all day! Good flavor but not overwhelming if you don't usually like pickles. The Brocc Salad with Bacon is the perfect side to balance the meal and get your veggies in. Reminds me of a salad my aunt would frequently make. The food here is just comfort and nostalgia to me . A little pricey, but good quality and supporting a small business.

Lemonade was great, very sweet and tangy, but I do worry that I may accidentally choke on a seed while drinking it. The ribs were decent too, but I will say they are pretty fatty but other than that great price for how much you get.
The Mac and beans though weren't my favorites but that's due to my own personal preference!
Definitely will buy the ribs again.

The ribs were just OK in flavor and they were tough. You can see in the picture where there's meat still stuck in the bones even after I tried getting it off . The cream of spinach was not creamy at all. It was extremely dry and the topping crumbly. It should be cream creamy as per the name, creamed spinach. It used to be good, but it seems that as though they're taking shortcuts, this is the second or third time I've ordered it were it was extremely dry.

For the prices, the food was not good. The chopped brisket was mainly fat. The beans and slaw had no flavor to them at all. Very disappointing.
