I ordered the 21 piece mixed paid just about $40 bucks and the chicken was over seasoned and cooked very hard, overcooked.

Experience with the staff is really unpleasant
Process orders whenever they feel like it
And they will ask you to wait for more additional time by going through the drivethrough 2x's and they forgot to include an item in the order.
