The 2 piece fried chicken collards rice & gravy plus corn bread muffins was absolutely delicious , chicken was crispy hot and well seasoned, and the collards reminded me of how my mother and grandmother's and there were no stems. Dont sleep on this soul food spot cant wait to order again.

I recently ordered from this restaurant, and unfortunately, it's not what I'm used to. The last two orders have been disappointing. For instance, the catfish this time was dry and lacking flavor. I found the pricing on their website quite confusing—$25 supposedly gets you two pieces, but when I ordered through DoorDash, I only received one. Today, I did get two pieces, but they were so small that it felt like I was still shortchanged. I hope they can return to their former quality and clarify their pricing and portion sizes, as it's been a frustrating experience overall.

Absolutely the best mac n cheese ive ever had!! The swamp fries with shrimp were waaaaay better than i expected! It was a huge portion with a ton of shrimp on it. The gumbo and the etouffee were exactly what i was craving. Absolutely hit the spot! I cant wait to eat here again!

The cheese pull was 10/10, the chicken was so moist and fresh, candied yams were perfect felt like a home cooked meal and the staff was so nice and friendly! Glad to have another go to spot here.

The 12pc family meal always hits the spot! The fried chicken is the best around, Mac n cheese and collard greens are delicious! Jambalaya is a must, even toss a lil Mac n there :). My wife and I went to college in Louisiana, and this place always takes us back. If you like home cooked soul food, don't go anywhere else.
