I mean that's the most close shawarma to Russian I ever ate in LA . The other ones use a strange recipe—adding corn tortillas instead of lavash and a weird sauce—without realizing that 50% of a shawarma's flavor comes from the sauce. These guys, however, do everything right: the taste is traditional, the price is great, and the ingredients are fresh.

One of the few places where the food actually looks and tastes amazing.
The meat was tender, well-marinated, and full of flavor. Everything came out fresh and hot, and the sauces were perfect. The atmosphere was chill, the restaurant was very clean, and the employees were super respectful and welcoming.
You can really tell they put effort into both the food and the customer experience. Definitely coming back again with friends and family.
