It tastes good, but the shawarma roll cracks and the vegetables keep falling out, I don 't know if that' s normal

I opened my wrap to have it completely fall apart as soon as I picked it up, the wrap tasted stale and the chicken in the wrap was only fatty bits. It was unfortunate because of the previous time I ordered they do a good job.

the chicken Chicken Shawarma Plates was amazing but the Chicken Shawarma wrap had no meat in it at all... was very disappointed about that

Tried it in person and food was not fresh at all, humus wasnt good, felt like eating uncooked chickpeas. The vegetables looked like they been there for hours and not kept in a optimal temperature. They need to improve that.
Tried the Gyro plate... and the gyro looked alomost like ground meat ?

The wraps are so bland. The chicken, even when eaten separately doesn't even have any seasoning on it. These wraps are packed with so much lettuce and pickled veggies that it's basically water. Not even any sauces in them. Garbage. Will never order from here again. Maybe let your customers customize their orders more cause you guys do not have a gift for assembling tasty food. Your spicy garlic sauce was Watery and flavorless. Congratulations in at least managing to not ruin potatoes. Thanks for nothing. Money wasted.
