It tastes good, but the shawarma roll cracks and the vegetables keep falling out, I don 't know if that' s normal

I opened my wrap to have it completely fall apart as soon as I picked it up, the wrap tasted stale and the chicken in the wrap was only fatty bits. It was unfortunate because of the previous time I ordered they do a good job.

Tried it in person and food was not fresh at all, humus wasnt good, felt like eating uncooked chickpeas. The vegetables looked like they been there for hours and not kept in a optimal temperature. They need to improve that.
Tried the Gyro plate... and the gyro looked alomost like ground meat ?

the chicken Chicken Shawarma Plates was amazing but the Chicken Shawarma wrap had no meat in it at all... was very disappointed about that

The chicken in the Chicken Shawarma had very little flavour, the lettuce was cut roughly and did not go well with the rest, the sauces did not have much flavour and were runny, my wrap had items I did not ask for and missed items I did ask for. It was wrapped poorly and came apart as soon as I removed it from its paper wrapping. the outside was not grilled at all and the wrap itself was poor qaulity. The Original Poutine was dry without much gravy and fries were average at best but compared to the shawarma it was many times better. overall not very high quality, I'll give the benefit of the doubt though and chop it up to the fact I ordered late but if your restaraunt is open and still able to be ordered from the quality should not dip this badly.
