Ordered Eleanor's with jalapeños and there was no jalapeños and they charge extra for that. Also 2.75 for extra tartar and no extra tartar so $4.25 extra for nothing. Other than that, the food is great.when you spend over $50 dollars on burgers accuracy should be a given

Milkshake is small for $10. Burger is good and onion rings are good as well. Grilled cheese for how good everything else is, is underwhelming. It was not even out together right. I had to scrape the cheese for it off the box. Do not recommend spending $9 on the grilled cheese.

The Eleanor Triple Burger was fantastic! The portion for just the burger is worth it. I just wish that it came with a side of fries. The Fried Pickles were great, and I can't wait to try the other sauces.

The Best Day Ever is truly commendable. The Shelby's Fries are satisfactory; however, the portion size is sufficient for 2-4 individuals. Offering a smaller portion at a reduced price should be considered as an additional option.

I've been tryingto find a burger that had nacho cheese on it and I cant find a good one.it was definitely freshly made and you can tell. the size of the fries were unexpected and I'm glad I only got one. the freshness of the garlic was definitely 👌
I'll order again and agin.
