The Ginger & Onion Chicken ( No Bone ) 上水去骨姜葱炒鸡 actually has a LOT of bones. Practically every piece of chicken had bone in it. The flavors were good but I didn't want a dish with bones. This could be dangerous for someone else who isn't paying attention.
So far I like all the dishes here.
