The Ginger & Onion Chicken ( No Bone ) 上水去骨姜葱炒鸡 actually has a LOT of bones. Practically every piece of chicken had bone in it. The flavors were good but I didn't want a dish with bones. This could be dangerous for someone else who isn't paying attention.
So far I like all the dishes here.

I always order the Sauerkraut Fish Soup (Spicy) in the restaurant and it's just as good ordered takeout! I will say if you don't like pickled flavors this isnt for you, but it is for me!
