This is the best coffee I've ever had!!! I order coffee daily (embarrassing to admit) from all over the Kalamazoo area and Shibam is by far the best!! I truly can't say enough about the flavor! The iced brown sugar shak'n is unbelievable!!!

Absolutely LOVE this place! The Cookie Butter Latte 🍪 is out of this world!! The pistachio milk cake was so we had to order a second! The coffee is robust and delicious. My new favorite place! My only complaint is the packaging. The cup carrier ripped all 3 of our coffees were on the ground. DoorDash made it right and we reordered.

Amazing and wonderful especially for the price! You can tell it's fresh, coffee is robust and flavorful. My Mousse Cake came a bit messed up but that didnt affect the quality of the cake! Nutella Cheecakese was flavorful and smooth :3 not too sweet. The portions are good for price aswell. I would definitely be order again!

Might I say this is TOP 3 places in Kalamazoo to get coffee, both drinks are super flavorful and girlfriend approved fellas. Not only that the packaging is superior to all other places on doordash so your order will be secured. The coffee is fresh and portions will keep you steady and ready for the day. 9.5/10 would order again, only reason it is not a 10s because I wish they served breakfast
