I stay away from gluten and dairy due to allergies. They have the BEST gluten free crust I've ever had. I don't know how they do it but they figured out how to mimic the yummy chewiness of NY style pizza whereas every other high end pizza spot uses GF crusts akin to hard cardboard that sadly makes me feel like I I'm eating a store bought frozen pizza. The almond ricotta is also delicious! I order the GF sausage pizza with no cheese and add almond ricotta- still so tasty without the cheese.

Sooooooo goooooood. I usually don't order white pizza but I couldn't resist the mortadella. Such a good call bc it was the best white pizza I've ever had. Also loved the 12" Gluten Free Cheese.
