This place is amazing! One of my go to spots for any yummy late night munchies. The 44. Kalbi Beef is amazing!!!! and they have the best 83. Miso Soup ever! and don't get me started with the 6. Spicy Cucumber Salad!!!!

Noodles were stuck together and not fresh. There was not enough of the mushrooms or bamboo shoots. The broth isn't as strong of a flavor as I want from a tonkotsu ramen. I don't think I'll order shinya again.

15 bucks for the cha shu don that's little more than 3 thin pieces of pork and broccoli? massive ripoff.

Honestly it's pretty average, soup's tasty. Noodle's slightly undercooked, pork belly's slightly soggier than my liking. But for the price and midnight ramen craving, this is good!

The 93. Gyu Don was incredible, definitely worth getting. 82. Yakisoba and 115. Dorayaki (2 Pieces) were great too. The portions were quite generous.
