So disappointed in my Shipleys order. I ordered 9 donuts of different kinds: powdered sugar, chocolate iced, glazed etc...They shoved all 9 donuts in a small bag together. They're all smashed and like, cross-contaminated with each other's toppings. It's crazy because if you go thru the drive thru and order even 4 donuts, they put them in individual bags. I love Shipleys, but this is a fail...an expensive fail. Iced Glazed

They didn't have big Big Earl Sausage & Cheese kolaches, so instead, I got sausage kolaches ,which were 90% bread and 10% sausage. the bread was hard and dry as well

The donuts are always good. However, the Shipley's entry on DD is a mess. If you want a single glazed donut you pay $3.50 because it charges the item twice. There is no option for cake donuts. The Filled donuts give the option for multiple fillings which seems to break the system as I ordered two donuts and two fillings and got two donuts with one type of filling. The Long John / Éclair is a total shot in the dark as I've received chocolate covered and maple covered since there's no way to specify.

The kolaches tasted and looked old. The donuts weren't in a box, they were all in bags. All the icing stuck to the bags and not the donuts. Donuts also looked old. Not the best today.
