The donuts looked & tasted old & stale. I have never had this issue with Shipleys & they've always been my favorite donuts. Hopefully this was just a one time thing with them. I would hate not being able to get donuts from them in the future

I ordered 2 plain sausage kolaches. I received the kolaches with cheese. I tried to reach the Shipley's just to let them know that my order was incorrect. I tried the phone number several times and kept getting a message of being unavailable. This is not the first time this has happened. And the donuts and kolaches were not fresh. I placed the order at 6:30am.😔

The donuts I received were awful. I think they were yesterday donuts or even longer. It was very gross. $$$$ also freshness wasn't there

Shipleys must be cooking their donuts in cooking oil. very bad taste. Also much to expensive.
